The hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to a shopping mall, the town center, and the old town. We were able to explore all the sights of the city on foot, which was very convenient. the staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. the beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
there was a charge for parking that we were not aware of beforehand, which was an additional expense.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the prices in the city center. It is easy to get to from the Autobahn and located just outside the historic center of Augsburg. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-maintained with attention to detail. I particularly loved the rooms with a sofa bed, which were perfect for families with kids. The bathroom was great and had all the basic amenities we needed. Another highlight was the breakfast by a vending machine, which was included in the price and offered a good selection.
All was well, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very polite and even offered to make a pizza for me when I arrived late and hungry. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and a shopping mall.

Good location, 15 min walk to downtown. Useful parking for €8/24hrs. Nice staff. Decent breakfast, but could have omelettes. com.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, I had a problem with my room's temperature control. They immediately sent someone to fix it and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The service was exceptional.
